  • Unforeseen events do happen, but please allow a minimum of 24 hours for any cancellations. Also note that a full payment will be billed for any missed appointments that have not been canceled within 24 hours prior to appointment time.

  • We are located in Tarrytown, New York. Upon booking a facial or skincare treatment, you will receive further information regarding the date, time, and location of your appointment.

  • Physical gift cards can be redeemed in-person for products and facials. If used for a facial, we require a credit card when booking an appointment, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. Simply bring your gift card with you to your facial and it will be applied at check-out after your appointment.

  • You can book as far in advance as your schedule allows! We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  • If possible, we kindly ask that you avoid any sunburns on the face and that you don't do any heavy waxing, exfoliation, peels, or added procedures before your facial. For the gentlemen, if you have a beard or other facial hair, we kindly ask you to not shave three days leading up to your facial.

  • We’d love for your to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • We expect you to have amazing results after one facial, but where you can really see a huge difference is with regular treatments. We recommend getting facials once a month to stay in tip top shape.
